ABOUT

Delago Resources, LLC is a Texas based upstream oil and gas company focused on acquisition and development oil and gas reserves across multiple basins in the United States as a land focused non-operating partner. Delago and its affiliates have partnered with best in class operators since 2005 in the drilling of hundreds of wells across multiple basins. Since 2014, Delago has had a core focus on the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas.

In late 2016, Delago formed a partnership with Houston based oil and gas private equity firm, Juniper Capital and Boomtown Oil, as Operator, to develop and expand its Eagle Ford oil and gas properties. Delago, is a non-operating working interest partner and responsible for all land related efforts.

Boomtown Oil’s management team has drilled and operated over five hundred wells and production optimized thousands across every major onshore US basin. They have held technical positions with a range of private and public companies inlcuding Rosetta, Shell, Citation, XTO, and others.

Juniper Capital is a Houston based oil and gas private equity capital provider. They have over 65 years of collective energy experience and have been involved with over 40 distinct private investments in the North American energy industry with $650MM+ of private equity capital invested since 2003.

DELAGO TEAM

Jacob Warnock

Co-Managing Partner

Mr. Warnock is a managing partner of Delago Resources. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management, and has worked in the oil and gas business since the start of his career running various oil and gas companies for the last 14 years. Jacob has leased over 200,000 acres and is a partner in multiple joint ventures across multiple basins that have drilled hundreds of conventional and unconventional oil and gas wells. He has experience in leasing, curative, permitting, surface operations and facility construction, pipelines, and negotiations. Jacob is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Joe Warnock

Co-Managing Partner

Mr. Warnock is a managing partner of Delago Resources. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA and MPA. He has worked in the oil and gas business since the start of his career as a managing partner of multiple joint ventures across multiple basins that have drilled hundreds of conventional and unconventional oil and gas wells.

Cody Cope

Landman

Mr. Cope is a Landman for Delago Resources with a specific focus in lease acquisitions. Prior to Delago, he spent five years working as a Landman, specializing in abstracting and lease negotiations. Projects he worked on include areas of the Eagle Ford Shale, Austin Chalk, and the Utica Shale.

Cody earned a B.B.A in Business Management from Texas Tech University in 2012. He has been certified as a Registered Professional Landman by the American Association of Professional Landmen since 2013.

AREAS OF OPERATION

Delago has a core focus on the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. Their South Texas field office is located in Shiner, Texas with additional offices in Wichita Falls and Austin, Texas.
